In partnership with metagov and financed by the ENS.domains we are developing a Web3 Grant maturity index for bringing reliable grant scoring to nascent Web3 funding.

The Grant Maturity Index (GMI) is a novel framework designed to evaluate and compare Web3 grant programs, aiming to standardise their assessment. By creating a composite index, this study seeks to measure the effectiveness, transparency, and capital efficiency of grant programs, thus enhancing their contribution to the Web3 ecosystem and the society at large. The initiative serves grant operators and organisations by providing a tool for self-assessment and benchmarking, promoting good governance and emphasising the importance of transparency in building trust among its stakeholders.
